Dear Parent/Guardian,
All absence requests/explanations should be made via the VSware app. If you require assistance downloading the app and using the absence request feature, please visit https://support.vsware.ie/en/guides-for-parents
If your daughter is marked absent for tutorial and/or 9am class, a notification will be sent to your app. You will have 30 minutes to submit an absence request with a reason for the absence.
Please note that explained full day absences are still absences and will remain red on your daughter’s attendance profile. However, we will be able to see the data clearly and this will inform whether we need to flag an attendance issue/contact you or any relevant authority.
